Three must-haves for back to the office internal communications

As lockdown eases, many of us are starting to think about a return to office working.

The Government has published Working Safely During Coronavirus (Covid-19) but it still leaves many questions unanswered.

Do I have to wear a face mask? Do I have to return to the office if I don’t want to? How can I use the loo safely? Will there be staggered starts?

A clear internal communications strategy is needed to help managers guide their teams back to office working.

  • Internal communication and employee engagement toolkit for managers – Zoom quizzes and cupcakes are a great way to lift employees’ spirits as a one-off. But a manager internal communication plan can increase employee engagement and wellbeing over the long term.
