So how do you make this happen in your organisation?
Create a narrative of diversity. Avoid the platitudes and go for the real story of why diversity is important for your organisation.
Find the stories to tell. The stories are there. Talk to the Comms team, look at your award-winners, run a storytelling programme – there are plenty of ways to find them.
Encourage advocacy to share the stories. People trust the stories that come from employees and from within their network.
