Change is neither easy or quick.  The real secret of any change programme is not to let it happen to people but to bring them with you.  In fact, make them the architects of the change.  That is why our model is focused on letting colleagues shape the future and empowering them to take charge.  What’s more, don’t think of change as an end, but as a series of small steps – and in reality, the change may not be what you envisage.  It will be different.  It will be owned by your people.  And ultimately it will be more fit for the future.  You can download a PDF of the model here.
