LAUNCHING A NEW INTRANET
Launching a new intranet to 90,000 people in 120 countries around the world is no ordinary challenge, especially when colleagues could be working in labs, offices or out in the field. We were asked to create a communications campaign that could be used around the world not only to promote the new intranet, but to drive adoption.
ENGAGING RATHER THAN JUST COMMUNICATING
We created a comms strategy and toolkit to inform, inspire and involve colleagues. This ranged from a teaser campaign to intrigue colleagues to videos, yammer comms and a ‘work-out’ regime to help colleagues become familiar with the new digital tool.
