SGS conducts an employee survey every two years.  With 90,000 employees, this is a huge, time-intensive piece of work where it’s paramount to ensure as many people as possible take part, and to communicate the results and actions effectively.

Engaging colleagues around the world

We developed a comms strategy and toolkit to engage colleagues all around the world – focusing on the different stages of the process from pre-launch, participation, and then the results phase.  A fascinating piece of work, contributing to the overall engagement in the business.
