THE CHALLENGE

A value proposition for some of the most remote jobs in the UK

Highlands and Islands Airports is home to some of the most spectacular airports in the world (no kidding). But what’s the appeal of working in remote airports, sometimes where there’s just a handful of you running them? We set about finding out. What we found (through research and inviting colleagues to share stories) was an employer that sits at the heart of the community, with tight teams doing an amazing job.
