We delved deep into the company culture to understand what makes GiG such a great place to work. We created and launched a refreshed employee value proposition and brand campaign #BEAGAMECHANGER for the recruitment team to use externally and internally.

GiG is now employer of choice in iGaming and Tech, taking on 150 new people in just over 12 months and cutting recruitment costs in half. The campaign won Employer Branding of the Year at the gaming industry awards.
