Refer with Pride

SGS wanted to encourage colleagues to refer talent.  Very often, organisations use a bounty to encourage participation.  As this is a global campaign, this is not an option (not appropriate or possible in many countries).  So we focused on the pride of referring a friend or acquaintance.

A global referral programme

The campaign has been launched in a few countries first, with the aim to roll out in all the major countries for SGS.  This will play a key part in the recruitment of technicians and other professionals around the world.
