We will be exploring the comprehensive research we carried out in conjunction with Not Going to Uni (NGTU) that looks into Black heritage students, their experiences and how employers and recruiters can best engage and support them in the world of work. We will cover career motivations, barriers, and the preferences and expectations of Black heritage school leavers.

We will be joined by a panel of both employers and students to bring the research to life and to debate some of the key findings.
