Behaviours
A culture is defined by the behaviour of its people. Sometimes cultures grow organically, influenced and shaped by the leaders and teams in a business. Other times, more intent is required – a set of behaviours that shape the client and employee experience, enabling people to be at their best and the organisation to benefit.
On the surface of it, it is a simple formula. In practice, it takes more work. Establishing what the right behaviours are; how to make them relevant to people at every level, in every role, in every location; and then to reinforce and recognise the right behaviours.
We have helped a few different firms establish a set of behaviours that are central to their business performance, client experience and colleague engagement. It’s not always easy; but the benefits can be immense.
