A GLOBAL CHALLENGE

SGS is a global company with 90,000 people in 120 countries.  Every year, it hires thousands of people, particularly chemists and other scientists to work in its labs.  We were asked to come up with a new employer branding campaign that would capture the imagination of their audience, especially millennials, work well in a range of countries and be inclusive in its approach.

BE 100% YOU

We created the campaign, BE 100% YOU, showing the range of skills and qualities that would be welcomed at SGS.  It also aligns with SGS’s corporate mission to provide the most robust testing and verification services – and be 100% sure of the results.  We produced a range of materials from web banners and posters to social media posts, ads and exhibition stands – all packaged up in a toolkit for recruiters everywhere in the world.
