Developing a value proposition

OSTC is a global trading firm, offering great opportunities to develop a career in trading.  We worked with them to help define their employer brand and build a toolkit that they could use to attract talent particularly in the UK, Europe, China, India and Russia.  We began by conducting qualitative and quantitative research within the business, to assess and verify the key motivators for joining and staying at OSTC.

Take the opportunity

The result was a core proposition of ‘Take the opportunity’ – a sentiment that goes to the heart of what it means to be a trader, but also works well as a call to action.  After testing it out with the leadership team, we embarked on creating a toolkit of assets – from social media posts, powerpoint presentation templates, ads, stands and much more.  The work has been running for 2 years, and continues to attract the right talent for the business.
