ACCENTURE STORIES

Using storytelling to engage over 11,000 across the UK
With a new MD on board and a vision to encourage greater collaboration and innovation across the organisation, Accenture Stories was born.  This was a programme to both celebrate the work of people across Accenture; but also to encourage others to follow suit and grow new behaviours in the business.

AUGMENTED REALITY AND COLLABORATION

We worked with the internal team to build iOS and Android social apps, as well as create an augmented reality campaign to create a real buzz about it. This programme became key in greater knowledge-sharing and collaboration, and most recently in setting out a new way of working, The Accenture Way.

Our work with a Accenture over a 12-month period to encourage colleagues to create and share stories about their clients, colleagues and the wider community, saw over 5,000 people take part and more than 200 stories created.
