The power of storytelling
Stories are powerful in driving understanding, inspiring colleagues and encouraging collaboration; and all the more so when they are user-generated. Our work with a Accenture over a 12-month period to encourage colleagues to create and share stories about their clients, colleagues and the wider community, saw over 5,000 people take part and more than 200 stories created.
Augmented reality and collaboration
We worked with the internal team to build iOS and Android social apps, as well as create an augmented reality campaign to create a real buzz about it. This programme became key in greater knowledge-sharing and collaboration, and most recently in setting out a new way of working, The Accenture Way.
