Sorry, but we just couldn’t bring ourselves to turn this into an acronym. So here are three words that frame what we do.
Effective results, and by that, we mean business outcomes rather than just clickthroughs and likes. So how has a comms campaign truly influenced behaviour or delivered value to a business? That often makes it harder to analyse; but when was success ever simple?
We believe that great communication inspires action. From an email to a 1000-person event, we want to find the best way to inspire our audience and make it worth acting upon.
We don’t mean just having fun (although that is underestimated). Communication and getting results is a serious business. But the more enjoyable and interesting the process is, the more likely everyone will want to be involved.
